How Be Write Began
My name is Maiya Wilkins, founder of Be Write. My college journey took an unconventional path. I started at a university, transferred to a community college, and eventually graduated with a bachelor's degree five and a half years after high school. Despite the debt, I have no regrets. This experience inspired me to start Be Write.
During college, I faced challenges that left me feeling stuck and frustrated. I sought help through tutoring sessions, but I needed more personalized support. This experience opened my eyes and motivated me to make a difference. That's why I created Be Write, a learning community equipped with resources to assist individuals on their unique paths to success.
